Subscription — organisations pay monthly for AI-matched deal flow, alerts and reports. Recurring revenue before any deal closes.
Success fee — 10–15% on brokered IP assignments only. Charged when a deal completes, never on a funding round.
Deal Passport fee — a flat workflow fee per completed deal room, covering the compliance ladder and its audit trail.
Plus valuation-as-a-service: standalone FMV reports sold to universities and public bodies before any marketplace transaction exists. Interest expressed in a round room is non-binding; investment execution closes directly between the parties with their professional advisers.
